16. Consumption as per the Designated Purpose:
(1) Any person, firm or enterprise shall not be allowed to consume the substance imported or bought by him/her for other than the designated purpose.
(2) Action as per the prevailing laws shall be taken against the importer or the buyer consuming the substance for other than the designated purposes.
